The materials used in outdoor beanbag chairs mainly consist of two parts: the outer fabric and the internal filling. They need to balance waterproofing, sun protection, wear resistance, and comfort to cope with complex outdoor environments.
EPP particles: Highly elastic, static-free, and strong in compression, they are commonly used in high-end beanbag chairs, offering fast rebound and a long lifespan.
EPS particles: Also known as "Polybean beads," they are low-cost but have a lower density and tend to sag easily after prolonged sitting, making them suitable for light use.
Shaped foam: Offers good support but has poor fluidity, primarily used in fixed-structure sofas and not suitable for deformable beanbag chairs.
